DESCRIPTION:The Institute of Cultural Diplomacy and berlinerpool are delig
 hted to invite you to the one day intensive workshop on funding opportunit
 ies for arts from the private sector.\n\nThe workshop is intended to act a
 s a bridge between Arts and Business\, with Berlin’s animated and highly
  developed profile as a background. While the governmental and the EU’s 
 main sources of funding and sponsorships for arts tend to be well known by
  the artists and the cultural project managers\, the private sector is sti
 ll considerate to be an unpredictable and capricious contemporary mecena f
 or arts. \n\nThroughout a range of lectures\, panel discussions and practi
 cal workshops held by artists and professionals dealing directly with priv
 ate sector social responsibility issues and budget\, we aim to fill an inf
 ormational gap that concerns the contemporary art and cultural scene of Be
 rlin.\n\nThe working language of the seminar will be English. \nMaximum nu
 mber of participants: 25 (except ICD staff and interns)\nThe participation
