The Culture and Foreign Policy Scholarship Program offers young and up-and-coming researchers the chance to work and gain further qualifications in the fields of foreign cultural and educational affairs and dialogue among civil societies.

The scholarship recipients produce scientific studies, organise discussions forums and conferences, and publish information on the internet. The scholarships run for between three and six months and cover a range of research subjects related to foreign cultural affairs.
