The portfolio can be collected one day after the Visual Arts Grants Committee has met. You will be informed of the date after the application has been received. A third party may collect the portfolio if he/she has the relevant authorisation.
Unfortunately applications can only be made every 3 years regardless of whether a previous bid has been accepted or rejected.
The Grants Committee is made up of representatives from the following institutions: Stiftung Berlinische Galerie (State Museum of Modern Art, Photography and Architecture), Stiftung Stadtmuseum (City Museum), (Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation) Kupferstich-Kabinett (Copper Engraving Cabinet), Neuer Berliner Kunstverein (New Berlin art society).
