A business plan should outline your business idea and how you mean to implement this plan in a systematic and standardised manner. Hence, the business plan provides information on all material aspects of the business which need to be established and forms the basis for a successful start up.

The business plan should serve as an opportunity to review, structure and make note of the important aspects of your venture. You reflect upon your business idea and gradually prepare for its implementation. Your partners, money lenders, consultants, employees, suppliers and costumers may use the business plan as important source of information vital for evaluating your business and your idea. Moreover, the business plan is not only the guideline according to which your initial concept may be implemented but also an instrument by which you can measure your results.

The BPW is a competition to support you during the development of your business plan offering a variety of complementary services. You may make use of these services according to your own needs and requirements. Work shops on business establishment issues and individual coaching are on offer, amongst other things.
