All multi-disciplinary artistic projects presented by migrants resident in Belin are supported when the focus is on the preservation and development of the cultural identity and/or stimulation of intercultural dialogue. In principle, the support of film and video projects, printing cost subsidies as well as exhibition projects are excluded. Also excluded is the promotion of projects which have predominantly political or religious contents, internal significance as marking anniversaries, charity events, and celebrations of any kind as well as projects which have a predominantly commercial character. There are no specified maximum amounts.
Having one’s own resources available is naturally desirable but this is not a criterion for support.

A detailed description of the project and a complete financial plan; if necessary, an excerpt from the association’s register and its or the initiative’s guidelines (one copy); if necessary, details about previous work on the project(one copy)

The advisory council meets once a year, usually in the spring. A list of members on the advisory council will be forwarded to you when support is confirmed.

There are no concrete specifications. The financial plan must elaborate key positions with an explanation of costs (personal costs, travel and accommodation costs, rental and material costs, administration/documentation etc.) and available resources (own resources, income).
