The Academic German Exchange Service (DAAD) regularly invites foreign artists from various industries to Berlin (Artist programme of Berlin). The purpose of the extended stay (one year) and the active participation of renowned foreign artists is the stimulation of the artistic scene of Berlin and to question artistic benchmarks.
