The Cultural Office doesn't rent out practice rooms. The largest publicly funded practice room center is ORWO-Haus in Marzahn. It is owned and run by by ORWOhaus e.V. www.orwohaus.de
Other practice centers can be found in: Lichtenberg (Pfarrstraße), Wedding (Schwedenstraße) und Kreuzberg (Forsterstraße). These three centers are run by Schallmauer e.V. (Herrn P. Rühl), Tel.: 030-84 30 68 60.

The proprietors are only responsible for providing the space. Additional costs (rent, electricity, heating, cleaning, administration, etc) are the responsibility of the group using the space.
Your application for a practice room should be sent directly to the proprietor.
