We are looking for an experienced and hungry growth manager to join Bitwala’s Marketing team. The person in this role will develop and execute marketing and product growth strategies for our fast growing web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate will have domain experience across ad platforms and tools, a strong analytical and experimental mindset and a track record of successfully driving user acquisition for a FinTech product or comparable consumer tech product. You will work closely with the C-level team and founders to design, implement and execute our audience growth and acquisition engine.

These will be your tasks
Develop and implement strategic acquisition and retention marketing programs to drive user growth
Work with the Online Marketing team to continuously optimise Online acquisition channels (eg. SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate) and Retention channels (eg. CRM, retargeting) with a focus on CAC : LTV and increasing MAU
Work closely with product management and engineering to identify, prioritise and launch growth related products and features
Continuously test and optimise new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy
Design and run a variety of scalable (and unscalable) marketing experiments across web & mobile
Help build a A/B testing infrastructure and provide thought leadership for the product team that improves funnel performance
Conduct analysis and run A/B tests to optimise acquisition, conversion, and engagement
Develop a deep understanding of ad data flow from impression to conversion to engagement to revenue
Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance
You will report directly to Bitwala's Chief Growth Officer
You're offering these qualifications
Fluent written and spoken English necessary; German is a plus
At least 4 years of business experience in growth marketing, growth product management, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with most online marketing channels, with a focus on paid acquisition and CRM, preferably for a Fintech or consumer product
Experience and excellent understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation
Outstanding analytical skills and a desire to use data in creative ways to drive and measure results
A passion for FinTech, Blockchain and growing the Bitwala brand
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet quality, resources and time constraints
