At Visual Meta over 30 Sales Managers (acquisition and account management) find new partner shops for our shopping portals and consulting the existing ones. Both are very important tasks in order to provide choice to our users and make our partner shops happy. Your mission is to bring the effect of all our Sales Managers to the next level through data based recommendations and cooperations with multipliers and brands.

Your challenge:

Sales Intelligence You are in charge of developing the Sales intelligence strategy and designing Sales data models together with the BI team

You connect the data from different sources to generate leads, insights and recommendations on strategic and operational level

You give recommendations that are easy to understand and execute





Partner Management You develop a strategy to build long-term cooperations with multipliers like agencies, middleware providers and shop systems as well as brands and drive the operational implementation





In general You work closely with international Sales Managers and departments such as Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing and Quality

You report directly to the Director Sales







Your offer:

You have 3 years+ of experience working in a startup, consulting and/or e-commerce

You combine your entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills

You are highly proactive and have a very independent working style

You deliver results fast and in high quality

You are curious and a fast learner

You like to get in contact with new people and make them excited about new opportunities

You like to play in a team and manage different stakeholders

You have a good understanding of the e-commerce and online marketing sector

You are fluent in English (company language)

You are highly skilled in Excel/Google Spreadsheets (must!) and used to work with Tableau and Salesforce (plus)
