Beschreibung: Berlin Based Start-up Fashion Label Seeks Design Intern

Job description:
Seeking a talented designer to assist the founder of‘anne isabella’ launch and develop the brand. You will be responsible for a wide range of creative tasks ranging from producing research and pattern cutting to material sourcing and assisting in photoshoots. In turn you will have a unique opportunity to gain insights into and make a contribution to the establishment of a new brand. The exact tasks to be taken on by the intern can be discussed based on interest and experience.

Core tasks:
- Research and mood boarding
- 3D experimentation
- Pattern cutting
- Sample making and material testing
- Material sourcing
- Assisting photoshoots
- Assist in creating first brand launch

Ideal candidate:
- Design experience
- Pattern cutting and sample making skills
- Photoshop, Illustrator and Office Package proficiency
- Must be comfortable working in English
- Hands on approach and willingness to participate in different tasks
- Comfortable working in a small team
- A knowledge of sustainable/responsible fashion practices
- An interest in marketing is desirable but not essential

About the brand:
‘anne isabella’ is a Berlin based brand launching in 2020, targeting an international audience offering high end womenswear and shoes. Using responsibly sourced materials and socially conscious production methods the brands core aesthetics are reinterpreting and twisting 60/70s references.

Where and when:
Starting as soon as possible. You should be available at least one to two days a week, for a period of three months with the possibility of extension. The internship is in Berlin, Wilmersdorf.
