YOUR CHALLENGES AND TASKS

Ensuring that the organization follows agile ways of working authentically, enabling teams to deliver business value with increasing efficiency, through adoption of the right working approaches

Working closely with the organizational development to guide the company to an agile way of working

Facilitating the OKR-process, helping teams in planning and aligning as well as facilitating other meetings and workshops

Overseeing implementation of agile ways of working guiding teams in the use of agile practices and methodologies and helping them to improve further

Supporting Scrum Masters to manage changes throughout the development process

YOU OFFER

Substantial experience in working with agile practices, leading agile projects as an Agile Coach, Product Owner, and/or Scrum Master

Deep understanding of agile and lean principles as well as strong agile mindset

Comprehensive knowledge of and practical experience with the OKR-framework

Experience in managing projects using agile methodologies

Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts at various levels

Excellent English skills
