OLEAN COLLECTIVE operates two brands:
“The not typical” produces genderless skincare products for a more simple and sustainable care routine. We encourage our customers to care for their skin while saving the planet (refill products, sustainable packaging, etc.)
The second brand “Olean” is a focused truly on the scent. We are combining tradition & heritage with modernity to create perfumes and candles with unique scents & designs.
Both brands use high-quality and nonharmful ingredients, focus on transparent communication, offer detail-oriented customer service, and a maximized level of sustainability.
+ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for an exceptional designer to join our Creative team. You will be responsible for concepts and design of digital advertising, social media graphics, motion graphics, product design & product packaging as well as the creative vision for campaign shootings. *
This is a position that allows you to grow into a creative lead position of a fast-moving brand.
As a small team, we value initiative and creative input from all members so we expect you to be a team player that works well with others.
+ WHO ARE YOU:
You have 1-2 years of experience working in a creative agency or an art department of a brand
You have experience in designing for digital & social media
You have solid knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs. Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.).
You have experience creating motion graphics
You have experience in product design/product packaging design
You have a foundational understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills and solid technical know-how
You are a problem-solver with the ability to multi-task and work effectively and quickly under high-pressure deadlines
Your work is consistent and you pay attention to detail regardless of project size/scope
You have strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal
+ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualize and design for a variety of projects including, social media, motion graphics, Advertising Campaigns, Video Storyboards, Online Ads, E-Mail Marketing Templates and Print
Work together with the founder on product design
Being part throughout the entire creative lifecycle development of our products, from initial explorations through final design deliverables
Collaborate with team to come up with new content across multiple channels
Participate in the creative process for all our projects from conception to completion
Oversee set design and creative vision for all campaign shootings
+ REQUIREMENTS:
You are fluent in English as this is our primary language, German is a plus
You have a resident permit for Germany
You are able to travel for productions

Salary: 2950€ (starting salary will be based on your experience)
