You coach teams and product areas according to agile principles

You ensure a good level of team productivity, transparency and self-organization

You develop and integrate reflection and learning practices

You ensure cross-company collaboration

You support the development of individual teams, roles and the entire department

You manage change and overseeing the resolution of actionable impediments and bottlenecks

You facilitate workshops and meetings

YOU OFFER

You have a first experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach

You have an extensive understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching

You are experienced in using agile tools and frameworks

You have exceptional communication and organizational skills, empathy and a well-structured way of working

You have an excellent oral and written communication skills in English
