Following the entry of TPA Real Estate Brands founder Lutz Grimm, we continue to revolutionize the real estate industry through digitalization and the supply of targeted data for room concepts of the future. In addition to the continuous improvement of our product, Europeanization is one of our next steps in our growth.

For our Product Development department, we are currently looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) in a permanent position in our office in Berlin-Ostkreuz.

Your tasks
Product owner of one of the products within our consumer-facing marketplace
Continuous development of the product in collaboration with cross-functional teams (frontend, UX & BI, 4-7 people) & implement innovative ideas
Responsible for driving and owning the quarterly goals & metrics of your product
Make data-oriented and user-centric decisions for the product
Relationship building/management with stakeholders and business representatives to receive input and feedback, and share developments of the product
Research of industrial trends to support the product vision and strategy development

Your profile
2+ years experience in product management (scrum/agile)
Drive to develop products in a fast growing environment
Self-driven entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent prioritization, planning and problem-solving skills
Great & engaging communicator, being able to convert ambiguity to clarity for any audience
Able to actively participate in technical discussion while keeping eye on used needs & business goals
Fluency in English is a must, good command in German is desirable
Experience in building a platform or marketplace is a plus
Experience with feature A/B testing is a plus
Understanding of good UX is a plus
