Beschreibung: World Chess is a London-based chess gaming and entertainment group that reinvented chess for the modern consumer and organized the FIDE Championship Matches in Russia, the USA, and the UK.

In 2022, we will open the newest world’s chess spot in Berlin, the World Chess Club: a community space with quality cuisine and cocktails.

Now we are looking for a communications manager. This person will support the club’s social media (English and German) and PR.

Scope of work:
World Chess Germany
1. Adaptation of global news from worldchess.com (including press releases and round reports during the GP);
2. Creation of original content for the German version of our website (German language);
3. Development and support of German-language social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram).

World Chess Club Berlin
1. Filling the website with content;
2. Creation and development of bilingual social networks (Facebook and Instagram);
3. Telegram chat development and community management;
4. PR work: preparation of media lists, sending press releases and announcements, holding press events;
5. Influencer marketing;
6. Guest management.
