Our Hub is growing and we have new capacities in our new facilities.
Therefore, we are still looking for artists, illustrators, designers (especially all related areas such as
Graphic design, UI art, animation, concept art, character design) but also nice people from outside the industry who would like to become part of our office community.
Price for a single desk: 170€ plus Tax.
We are: An art studio that offers creative services for film and games. Often we cry out for help to the freelancers renting a desk here.
At the moment we are 6 artists/designers here plus 3 designers already renting a desk. And there is space for around for 5-7 more.
We offer you:
Own desk in inspiring quiet atmosphere, 3 team rooms with fully equipped desks, chairs and lockable cupboards
including WiFi / LAN, conference and lounge, kitchen, toilets, air conditioning.
The meeting room 20m2 can also be uses as a call room to not disturb others.
Possible help with tax/ invoice issues by our fully hired back office lady.
Our office is a secured business building with 24/7 security.
Your room is lockable, has its own entrance and you get your own key.
The campus has its own cafeteria, gardens, and a cool backyard.
Our office space has a total of 135 sqm and is within walking distance to the S-Bahn ring S42 and the summer bath. A bus stop 115 is also in front of the building
If you want to rent a full lockable room that has it's own entrence please contact us as well. Price is 580€ for 22m2.
