"Creative professionals need social protection"

Many artists currently have to earn money elsewhere. This can lead to problems with the artists' social insurance fund (KSK). For this reason, the German Music Council, the German Association of Musicians and the Association of German Music Schools are calling on the Federal Minister of Labor, Hubertus Heil, to issue a legal ordinance on more accommodating regulations regarding secondary income.
