Schaukasten showcases the figurative painter Grégoire Müller from march 28th till may 9th, 2021.Deeply involved in the American avant-garde movements of the 1960s, Müller’s understanding of how art can engage us physically is rooted in Process Art and Minimalism. His works evoke questions of existential angst and struggle, but also include political content derived from newspaper images and television.Müller’s work is found in international museums and collections, including the Museum of Modern Art New York, The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, the Henry Art Gallery, Seattle, the Zurich Kunsthaus i.a.Within the exhibition five hand-signed Fine Art Prints of Blond Angel are available.Schaukasten is a showcase exhibiting art independently, located in the center of Berlin in theFriedrichstraße train station. The underground Schaukasten currently offers a different approachtowards Art with an open, yet unique Window.Schaukasten was founded in June 2020 by the artist Ali Labgaa.
