Architectural Photography – Re/Visiting 1987’s Visions

The participants of this course will use fine-art photography to approach the International Building Exhibition in Berlin (IBA 87), explore its concepts and ideas, and implement them artistically. Our focus will lie on a perception-expanding approach as well as on the implementation and presentation of fine-art photography.

Berlin Appeals 2019 – Poster Design Workshop

The workshop will focus on the poster as a means of free expression in the real public space: What are relevant messages of young designers in 2019? For these, we create appropriate expressions related to content and form.

Virtual Reality – How to Design Virtual Narrative Spaces

Wearables and Machine Learning

Application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence on Textile Technology

The course consists of lectures and practical exercises in a combination of wearables and machine learning. It includes a full-framed introduction to the latest methods and their applicability to the real-life issues. The workshop is presented in cooperation with the Uplinx-Project (@German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence) and the Design Research Lab (@UdK Berlin).
