An diesem Tag stehen dir die Expertinnen Sabine Hülsebus und Daniela Fleig gemeinsam als Ansprechpartnerinnen zur Verfügung. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob dein Label noch ganz am Anfang steht oder es schon etwas länger existiert. Du kommst nicht weiter oder suchst Rat für deine nächsten Schritte? In einem individuellen Beratungsgespräch kannst du dich zu Themen wie Sales, Marketing/PR, Produktionsmanagement, Kooperationen mit anderen und zu Netzwerken informieren und austauschen.
EXPERTINNEN: Sabine Hülsebus und Daniela Fleig haben als Koordinatorinnen von NEMONA viele Erfahrungen und Kontakte im Modebereich gemacht, die sie gerne mit dir teilen. NEMONA vernetzte zwischen 2011 und 2018 partnerschaftlich Modeschaffende aus Design und Produktion und bot in Berlin eine Anlaufstelle für Fragen rund um das Thema "Selbständigkeit in der Mode". Aktuell erarbeiten Fleig und Hülsebus im Auftrag des Bezirksamt Pankow eine Bedarfsanalyse der Modewirtschaft in Berlin.
Sabine Hülsebus ist Diplom-Sozialpädagogin, Werbekauffrau und Marketingkommunikationswirtin. Sie arbeitet seit 1994 als Projektmanagerin im Bereich Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Kommunikation, u.a. für Dorland PR, Team Action Sports und Stepstone ASA. Seit 2008 konzentriert sie sich in ihrer Arbeit auf die Vernetzung und Unterstützung von Social Entrepreneurs und Unternehmensgründern sowie auf die Beratung von Unternehmen aus der Modebranche. Bis 2018 leitete sie zusammen mit Daniela Fleig das Modenetzwerk NEMONA.
Daniela Fleig ist Dipl. Ing. der Landschaftsarchitektur und Umweltplanung. Sie arbeitet seit 2003 im Bereich der Stadtentwicklung. Ihre Interessens- und Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind: Netzwerkaufbau und Kooperationen, Strukturen lokaler Wirtschaft, Stadtentwicklungsprozesse, Stadt/Regional- und Standortmarketing und deren Instrumente. Daniela Fleig entwickelt, konzipiert und leitet seit Jahren u.a. EU-Projekte bei Inpolis-Urbanism und als Freelancerin. Seit dem Jahr 2013 ist sie zertifizierte EU-Fundraiserin. Bis 2018 leitete sie zusammen mit Sabine Hülsebus das Modenetzwerk NEMONA.

On this particular day the fashion experts Sabine Hülsebus and Daniela Fleig will be available as your contact persons for advice. For that it does not matter if you just started a label or have been running your label for a longer time already. You are not moving forward or are looking for advice for your next steps? In this individual consultation you can inform yourself about topics such as sales, marketing/PR, production management, fashion networks and cooperations with others.
THE EXPERTS: As the coordinators of NEMONA , Sabine Hülsebus und Daniela Fleig have made lots of experience and contacts in the fashion industry which they are happy to share with you. Between 2011 and 2018 the network NEMONA connected different people in the fashion industry and was offering a place for consultation and questions regarding the topic “self-employment in the fashion industry” in Berlin. As of right now, Fleig and Hülsebus are developing a needs assessment of the fashion industry on the behalf of the Berlin District Office Pankow.
Sabine Hülsebus is a certificated social education worker, advertising manager and marketing communications specialist. Since 1994 she works as a project manager in the field of public relations and communication, i.a. for Dorland PR, Team Action Sports and Stepstone ASA. Since 2008 she concentrates her work on connecting and supporting social entrepreneurship and company foundations as well as the counselling of fashion businesses. Together with Daniela Fleig she managed the fashion network NEMONA until 2018.
Daniela Fleig is a certified engineer of landscape architecture and environmental planning. Since 2003 she works in the field of urban development. Her interests and key activities are the network-building and cooperations, structures of the local economy, urban development processes and city/regional marketing and its instruments. Daniela Fleig develops, designs and supervises since years i.a. EU-projects at Inpolis-Urbanism and as a freelancer. She is a certified EU-fundraiser since 2013. Together with Daniele Fleig she managed the fashion network NEMONA until 2018.

COOPERATION: The expert fashion counselling takes place in cooperation with the Berlin District Office Pankow/District Business Development Pankow. With the project “Needs Assessment of the Fashion Industry” the Berlin District Office Pankow commits to developing a joint, cooperative textile space in order to secure a long-term artistic and economic perspective for fashion creators.
