You feel uncomfortable “selling” your art or yourself as an artist? You have doubts about being good enough? You are scared of being rejected?
As women* in the arts and cultural sector we often struggle not only with outer challenges but as well with our inner critic and may face creative or entrepreneurial blocks.
In this seminar we will explore ways and techniques to authentically and confidently present our work and ourselves – that may be online, in a pitch, in an application, or in an introduction to someone you might want to collaborate with.
We will integrate work on conceptual, emotional and bodily levels to:
1. Understand the positive functions of “negative” emotions 2. Transform them into inner strength and confidence 3. Explore personal strengths, styles, values, experiences, skills and visions 4. Work on and practice our confidence and awareness
