Description

A head full of ideas, but no concept?

Being able to work out transparent and efficient concepts is a basic requirement for many tasks in almost all industries. However, structured and effective concepts are never the result of an inspiration, but also require structured and effective processes that have to be followed methodically. A method that can be learned and must be practiced using concrete examples from daily practice.

The two-day workshop with management consultant Klaus Petersen offers you a practice-oriented model for successful concept processes, with which you can expand your competence and decide with more certainty what brings projects to their destination and how plans have to be structured sensibly so that they convince colleagues, bosses or customers .

The further training is aimed at managing directors, managers from all areas, product managers, employees, whose tasks include concept development.

The trainer:
Klaus Petersen is a consultant, coach and trainer focusing on changes in companies and people. Exploring the requirements and possibilities of complex situations, understanding the people involved and acting together play a central role in his work. Communication, cooperation and the interaction of people are the targets of his work in a variety of contexts.
