Description

You will learn to develop and bring to market products that your customers will love and no longer want to miss. You will deal with a product strategy and develop a product roadmap, deal with the market and potential customers, business models and their financing, with stakeholder communication and stakeholder management, with product development, prototyping and testing up to life cycle management.

You will go through various development phases, from market and target group analysis to the development of a roadmap, product and go-to-market strategy, from hypothesis formation to an MVP - Minimum Viable Product to the prototype-tested product. You apply agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup.

You will use proven approaches such as Design Thinking, User Experience Design, Value Proposition Design, Jobs to be done and User Story Mapping. In a creative, pragmatically oriented learning culture, you will become active yourself and learn to apply the knowledge you have acquired in realistic scenarios.
