Graphic Designer (Print) (m/f)

to take ownership of the creation of product and marketing-related collateral - mainly print-focused, from conceptualisation to fine drawing with the aim to drive sales and strengthen the brand identity. Together with the creative team you will contribute with innovative ideas for brand-related projects and campaigns, making sure the URBANARA values and specific marketing goals are displayed with a great sense for design, style and a love for detail.

Day-to-day, this means:

Creation of print projects like catalogues, packaging design, flyers, inserts etc., from brief to creative concept to print
Being responsible for the communication and cooperation with our print suppliers (paper selection, price negotiations, quality control etc.)
Being responsible for the consistency of the brand identity within print assets

Your profile:

Minimum 4 years of print design experience, ideally in a retail brand environment / with an e-commerce and/or marketing background
Have good understanding of print production and print materials
Outstanding portfolio (creative branding & marketing)
Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite
Detail-driven and passionate designer with a deep understanding of brand consistency
Highly organised with the ability to work independently but also in a structured team
Fluent in German and English - both oral and written; additional languages are a plus. (Fluent German skills are very important, as you will have to negotiate prices with print suppliers who usually only speak German)
