We are currently seeking a Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is accomplished and hands-on with great communication and leadership skills.
Candidates will be challenged by a variety of project requests, will be part of our focused team and work on projects from briefing to delivery while delivering high quality work in a process-centered environment.
Requirements:
3 years minimum relevant work experience.
Experience with Interactive as well as Video and / or CGI production.
Experience in production studio and agency environments.
Desired Skills:
Passion for design and development.
Clear and consistent communication in English, written and verbal. Speaking German is a plus.
Reliable and self-motivated with confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in workflow documentation and technical writing is a plus.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite / Office tools.
Role and Responsibilities:
Project management including scopes of work, budgets and scheduling (including meetings and travel).
Assist in researching and sourcing talent.
Preparation of project presentations for proposals and briefings.
Communication with clients across multiple time zones.
Terms: The position is available immediately, based on-site at our studio in Berlin. Salary to be determined based on experience. Both full-time and freelance applicants are welcome.
