Description: Oskar lernt Englisch is a children's language school in Berlin.

We are looking for dance counselors to work in our English language camps which take place in the school holidays (October 4th - November 7th), with the potential for employment in future seasons.

Since 2004, Oskars has been running English language camps throughout Germany for children between the ages of 6 and 15. We are always looking for energetic, talented, motivated, creative individuals to join our camp team. We offer camps for children between the ages of 6 and 15 looking to gain confidence in their English while exploring the many fun activities on offer for the week. Our camps fuse English learning in both structured lessons and informal settings. Camp activities include climbing, football, dance, windsurfing, art, horseback riding, theatre, science, film-making, sports, and more! Overnight camps also offer an evening program including discos, quiz nights, campfires, and a talent show.

Counselors working as a Dance Counselor are expected to plan a performance that will be finished for the talent show at the end of the week. This includes warm up and stretching, exploration of different techniques and styles of dance, a variety of dance games, choreography and rehearsal of routine, and cool downs. They will be provided an accompanying handbook, which should be followed closely at camp.

Requirements:
Native/Accentless English
Teaching experience and / or experience working with children
Availability to attend a 2 day training seminar in Berlin
A valid work permit for Germany
Older than 18
Dance experience
