We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help shape and craft a product that's effective, simple and intuitive (m/f/d) to join our company.
The Role
- You craft, implement, and communicate design vision and strategy across the organization.
- You effectively communicate design thinking throughout the organization with compelling storytelling.
- You collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering in an Agile environment.
- You deliver innovative design experiences to our customers at each stage of their journey.
- You ensure the delivery of consistent user experience across the product.
- You take ownership of your work and responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
- You invest in design standards, documentation, marketing/sales material, and processes alongside the company.
Your Skills
- You hold a degree in design or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- You have at least five years of experience designing consumer products and using emerging technologies for web, mobile, and other devices.
- You have a broad range of skills with strengths in interaction and visual product design. On the interaction side, your skills might include information architecture, journeys, flows, motion, prototyping, and systems-level thinking.
- You champion user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- You can grow design practices to deliver a unified product, from concept to implementation.
- You are energized by hands-on work—sketching ideas, defining flows, building prototypes, or polishing designs.
- You have the communication skills to help set up frameworks and make strategy come to life.
- You are always looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback, user research, contextual interviews, and competitive/analogous research.
- You are proactive, creative, adaptable, and collaborative. You love wrestling with problems (figuratively).
- You quickly create a range of engaging, elegant, easy-to-use, and technically-feasible ideas.
- You can show us a portfolio showcasing an appetite for designs that push boundaries and take risks.
- You are fluent in English.
