You should be a great communicator who knows when a quick solution is the best solution, and how to get what we need from the hired freelancers – copywriters, coders etc. – without too much fuss and worry. You should be able to implement many decisions yourself (for example in the CMS system of our websites) and not always delegate everything to someone else. Depending upon what you can offer, the successful candidate will have at least 18 hours which they can spend in our office, and another 4 hours they can work at home.
