# Your Responsibilities

Data Science is one of the most complex fields in the world. As part of our team you will collaborate closely with our frontend developers to define experiences that underpin our unique software features and make workflows easy and intuitive.

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your talent, learn new skills, and take on greater responsibilities, including:

- creating responsive layouts for our website, mailings, whitepapers, etc.
- evolving and improving designs for modern user interfaces and product flows for our data science software
- creating wireframes, mockups, user flows and interactive prototypes helping us to refine our users' experiences
- combining the latest UI/UX trends with the goals of our software users

The ideal person has the willingness to learn about both the design and technical implementation of a unique user experience.

# Requirements

We expect a promising applicant to:

- be an enrolled student in the field of human computer interaction, design or a related subject
- demonstrate proficiency in a variety of methods to convey ideas, collaborate and collect feedback (e.g., storyboards, wireframes, prototypes)
- have well-founded knowledge in modern design suites like Figma, Sketch, Framer, InVision (but also know when and how to use a whiteboard)
- be familiar with web technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a big plus
- Experience in interactive data visualization or visual analytics is a big plus
