What does OLEAN COLLECTIVE DO?

OLEAN COLLECTIVE operates two brands:
“The not typical” produces genderless skincare products for a more simple and sustainable care routine. We encourage our customers to care for their skin while saving the planet (refill products, sustainable packaging, etc.)
The second brand “Olean” is focused truly on the scent. We are combining tradition & heritage with modernity to create perfumes and candles with unique scents & designs.
Both brands use high-quality and nonharmful ingredients, focus on transparent communication, offer detail-oriented customer service, and a maximized level of sustainability.
+ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
A videographer/filmmaker who can create (Production & Post-Production) outstanding campaign videos, as well as creative social media content (for all major social networks Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube etc). You must be comfortable handling multiple video projects at the same time under tight turnaround. You love being creative, coming up with new ways to make content valuable to a particular audience, and have experience creating content. As a small team, we value initiative and creative input from all members so we expect you to be a team player that works well with others.
+ WHO ARE YOU:
You are a video creator/videographer
You have first experience in the field of commercial/advertising production
You have experience in creating video content for social platforms
You know exactly how to spot and tell involving stories through your videos
You have a strong understanding of how to create impactful digital content for specific audiences and platforms
You have a great eye for visual aesthetics.
You can do quick and easy videos but also tell aesthetic and longer stories through your craft - and you love doing both
You have strong technical skills in operating different video equipment (Cine Cameras & DSLR)
You have a very good knowledge of lighting (studio & on location)
You are an expert in one or more of the current editing / grade / graphic tools ie. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci, After Effects, etc.
You have a positive work attitude, high standards of quality and a true team player
You have strong communication skills, being comfortable asking for feedback and the ability to move projects in different creative directions
+ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating engaging videos for web, social, and other media - in the field and at our office/studio in Berlin.
Filming and editing your material - you create videos from start to finished product.
Collaborate with the internal Creative Producer and our Marketing team to create new video concepts and improve on existing concepts.
File-management while working
Assess time and resources needed for special shootings
Always searching for great stories from our customers, partners, celebrities and from the OLEAN Team.
+ REQUIREMENTS:
You are fluent in English as this is our primary language, German is a plus
You have a resident permit for Germany
You are able to travel for productions
You have a drivers license and a clean record

Salary: 3500€ (starting salary will be based on your experience)

2. Cover Letter: has to presented in the form of a short video. You can upload online and provide the link together with it. In the video, we want you to introduce yourself and tell us why you are the one. The more creative you are, the higher your chance for a final interview.
