OLEAN COLLECTIVE operates two brands:
“The not typical” produces genderless skincare products for a more simple and sustainable care routine. We encourage our customers to care for their skin while saving the planet (refill products, sustainable packaging, etc.)

The second brand “Olean” is focused truly on the scent. We are combining tradition & heritage with modernity to create perfumes and candles with unique scents & designs.

Both brands use high-quality and nonharmful ingredients, focus on transparent communication, offer detail-oriented customer service, and a maximized level of sustainability.

+ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
A photographer who can create (Production & Post-Production) outstanding campaign pictures, as well as creative social media content (for all major social networks Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube etc). You must be comfortable handling multiple projects at a time under tight turn around times. You love being creative, coming up with new ways to make content valuable to a particular audience, and have experience creating content. As a small team, we value initiative and creative input from all members so we expect you to be a team player that works well with others.

+ WHO ARE YOU

You have at least 2 years of work experience in commercial studio photography
You are a true team player and understand each discipline involved in product / fashion / branding photography
You are excited about working in a fast pace environment
You have strong knowledge of studio lighting, flash photography as well as working with natural lighting
You have strong knowledge of editing with the Adobe Suite
You have strong communication skills both verbal and written
You have a sense for set design and how to displace product to stand out
You are passionate about creating just the perfect light and surrounding to make our products shine
You have a keen eye for detail and are thorough with administrative tasks

+ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

High-volume daily shootings of social media content following the Brand-Style Guide and our Social Media Content plan
Photographing for campaigns and marketing
Collaborating smoothly with our marketing team and the internal Creative Producer
File-management while working
Postproduction (edit/retouch) of the content
Assess time and resources needed for special shootings

+ REQUIREMENTS:

You are fluent in English as this is our primary language, German is a plus
You have a resident permit for Germany
You are able to travel for productions
