DESCRIPTION
Your mission at Ladenzeile? As a Partner manager for our Finnish market, you will actively drive the expansion of www.shopalike.fi by caring about our portfolio of Finnish partner shops.
YOUR CHALLENGES AND TASKS
You are in charge of acquiring new Finnish partner shops via telephone and E-mail
You handle inquiries of partners and are in charge of building and developing stable long-term relationship
You analyze and optimize our partners’ performances working together with BI and Marketing
You evaluate and analyze daily reports
You update and maintain our CRM database
You are responsible for negotiating and preparing contracts
You do follow-ups and accompany our new partners through the onboarding process
You work closely with other sales managers and departments such as Quality, Finance, Marketing and IT
You analyze the market and the competition
YOU OFFER
You gained a strong experience in Sales/Account Management, ideally in the Finnish e-commerce sector
You have a native level of Finnish and fluent English skills
You love being on the phone and you are passionate about turning potential customers into long-term partners
You have a good understanding of the Finnish e-commerce sector
You are a proactive and motivated individual with good negotiation skills
You have a structured, organized and an analytical mindset
You offer a good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point, ideally first experience with Salesforce, Tableau
