Responsibilities
Setting up the necessary development environment
Contributing to the structure, code and naming convention of the project
Close collaboration with the in house Design- Art- and Sound Department
Constantly improving and advocating the in house pipeline
Delivering timely and high-quality results.
Actively seeking out, incorporating and providing feedback to and from the team.
Highly motivated and contributing to a positive working environment.
Taking responsibility and ownership of all technical aspects regarding the ports to next gen consoles PS5 / Xbox Series X
Coordinating with external porting studios
Managing deployment to PS5 / Xbox Series X
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in coding console or PC games
At least two projects created in UE4
At least one commercial UE4 project ported to consoles
Deep understanding of the Blueprint System in UE4
Experience with all major systems in UE4
Deep understanding of the compiling and profiling in UE4
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with the particle System of UE4
Experience with Game Design
Very structured & organized
Fluid spoken and written communication skills in English
Excellent Time management, Creative Process and Production Process skills
Bachelor level education in a related field
Other optional Experience:
German speaking
Experience working on FPS or horror game
