🎪 The role

• You’ll own all things Product Marketing at Donut, which will include setting overarching product-led growth strategy as well as channel-level testing and execution


• You’ll collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams to closely to optimize for increasing customer deposits, app conversion and retention


• You’ll experiment with our Referral mechanism, A/B testing various single and multiplayer features to create product lock-ins


• You’ll manage tracking and reporting on campaign and creative performance to uncover growth and optimization opportunities


• You’ll assemble, lead and mentor a cross-functional growth team to guide Donut towards Series A and beyond — which will likely involve juggling many specialists (performance marketing, copywriters, designers)

🙌 About you

• You have experience crafting and executing a holistic cross-channel product marketing strategies and familiarity with key indicators (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods)


• You’re excited to build your growth stack — right now we use Segment (data), Metabase (visualization), BigQuery (database), Customer.io (e-mail marketing) & Adjust (attribution) but let us know what you prefer!
