Sales Development Representative (m/f/x)

As a Sales Development Representative, you are directly responsible for Circula’s growth. The goal is to generate qualified leads (>50%). Using outbound measures, you will identify target customers and introduce Circula to them.
As part of our go-to-market team, you will work closely with colleagues from sales, marketing, partnerships and customer success.
•You qualify inbound leads and hand them over to our Account Executives
•You research, identify and establish an active communication with potential clients across a variety of channels (phone, e-mail, LinkedIn, Xing)
•You develop and implement measures for outbound lead generation
•You analyse our customer's requirements and present possible solutions to them
•We are looking for engaged candidates with strong commitment, confident personality, entrepreneurial mindset and urge for professional and personal development.
•You already gathered first experiences working with customers, in particular, B2B customers (for example, in Business Development, Customer Care or Marketing roles)
•You have exceptional writing and speaking communication skills in German and English
•You are an active listener with great analytical skills, enabling you to maintain a high-focused communication
•You are able to work independently and in a structured manner
•You are excited about Software-as-a-Service and Digitalisation
