Description
We are looking for a skilled mid-level Motion Designer with 4+ years experience for a full-time salaried position (32-40 hours p/week).

Your profile:

You love CG design, film editing, animation and have an excellent grasp of technical tools like After Effects and Cinema 4D which you apply creatively

Besides working for client projects, you are happy to oversee the creation of all social media content in collaboration with the communications team

You are motivated, communicative, dependable and open to a range of tasks, from repetitive to innovative

You are happy working with a team who give and receive feedback

You are used to prioritising tasks and working against deadlines

You are interested in realtime tools such as Unreal Engine

You are proficient in English



Your role:

60% of your time is dedicated to production of promotional films for major clients

40% of your time is dedicated to content creation for our social media platforms and our new experimental research format HOLON

You concept, design and implement 2D/3D animations

You edit films in a way that pays attention to the rhythm and pace of accompanying music

You work in close collaboration with our CD on ongoing projects

You support Art Direction and storyboarding

A full time salary for this role ranges between 45k – 55k depending on your experience. We’re happy to discuss a structure for your full-time work schedule where some remote work is possible.

An important factor is that candidates are based in, or able to relocate to Berlin. We're open to discussing options to support relocation. We welcome applications from candidates with experience outside of traditional schooling and from groups underrepresented in tech and design.
