As our Senior Account Director, you will be handling the relationships with our key clients. We need autonomous, proactive and reliable people to work with a fast-paced remote tech team and who will enjoy a journey of rapid growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Building and cultivating strong relationships and trust with key clients, while setting and managing their expectations on a project basis
Being the face of Waltz Binaire to our clients on large projects
Understanding client needs and objectives to deliver appropriate solutions to meet their objectives
Accurately recording all relevant data within our CRM system
Who We Are Looking For:
5+ years experience in account management or similar client-facing role within an advertising or agency setting
5+ years experience managing top level clients with 7-figure budgets
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organisation
Flexibility and an enjoyment of working with people
Excellent communication skills in both English and German
