What You'll Be Doing:
Maintaining the smooth running of the office and ensuring the team has access to necessary equipment and supplies
Liaising as first point of contact for external stakeholders such as governmental authorities, accountants, payroll, suppliers etc.
Coordinating accounting, invoicing, and payment management
Assisting with the HR administrative needs of the team
General administrative tasks and other internal projects as required.
Who We Are Looking For:
You are a multitasker with close attention to detail
You are a problem solver and handle challenges with confidence
Flexibility and adaptability in fast-changing environments is a must
Experience in finance, office management and/or HR preferred
Fluent in English and German
