You: not just another Project Manager. Our team is in search of someone who is exceptionally skilled at managing complex projects, with keen attention to detail and professional communication. Ideally bilingual (at least a working level of German).

WHAT.
Ensure deliverables make it to clients on time and within budget. Sounds simple when you put it like that, right? This means that you are responsible for:
• Meeting with clients to understand project goals and requirements
• Defining the project scope, budget, and timeline
• Managing the project plan and assigning tasks and responsibilities
• Working closely with the CEO and strategies for creative direction
• Coordinating internal resources with junior Project Managers
• Hosting project kickoffs, check-ins and creative workshops
• Monitoring progress and addressing challenges and roadblocks
• Tracking budget-to-actuals
• Leading professional communication with the client
• Double-checking project deliverables for accuracy
• Documenting deliverables and progress for future reference

WHO.
A Project Manager with at least 5 years of proven experience working in a Marketing Agency. You are a good match if:
• You have relevant experience in at least one (ideally all) of these: brand development, digital strategy, and film produc-tion
• You have strong familiarity with methodologies, best practices, and software for project management and digital market-ing
• You have experience overseeing projects through the full life cycle
• You are a strategic thinker and a creative problem solver
• You are structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
• You have strong interpersonal skills
• You are enthusiastic about innovation topics like mobility and technology
• You are fluent in English
• You are fluent in German (optional but desired)
