Description: Perks & benefits are a €60bn market in Europe. At our company, we are building the tech solution to enable any company to give any employee the perks & benefits they love. We make it easy and convenient for businesses to reward their employees and enable meaningful social interactions with and amongst them – while taking care of the administrative hassles. We are a new startup backed by top European VCs looking for a working student to join the team.

Was erwartet dich?

- Be a pioneer in delivering perks & benefits to our customer’s employees whilst working directly with the founders and other team members in a highly motivated team
- Support the ramp-up of our Sales & Marketing function, learning how to build an audience, sales playbooks and use the latest digital sales tools in the process
- Identify the best brands to bring online on heyday in e.g., mental health, sports, food, games
- Help grow the team with our People Function by spotting and approaching the best talent out there

Was solltest du mitbringen?

- Entrepreneurial mindset: You want to move things forward and have a strong hands-on and deliver mentality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of business studies (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Innovation or related fields)
- Fluency in German (native level) and English
- 10-20 hours per week commitment, Berlin-based to allow for in-person meetings at times
- Previous internships in high paced environments, such as startups, VCs and/or consulting, are a plus
