At The Female Company we are building a strong community-driven & educative brand over all channels whilst working data-based and KPI oriented.

As our Sr. Influencer Marketing & PR Manager*in, you are responsible for...

managing all influencer & partner cooperations from initial outreach to KPI tracking and analysis
integrating our influencers & partners into large campaigns as #TestLikeAPornStar or One Girl One Cup

managing Influencer Marketing interns and working students

integrating our influencers & partners in co-branded products & product development

optimizing influencer campaigns based on ROAS
setting up new partner programs with midwifes & gynecologists

communicating great stories & educative campaigns to our press partners

organizing PR & Influencer events to build & maintain great relationships

Your profile
2+ years in influencer marketing or PR experience (D2C / beauty / health industry is a +)

you are an organizational talent & highly structured but with creative passion

you are hands-on and love to get things done
fluent German (you will be responsible for DACH region)
