You know how to write or compose effective shaders, and you can stage cars and other objects beautifully with lighting and environment maps? Then you are perfect for this position. You can work remotely and be in our office in Munich twice a month.

You can

- You find creative solutions to implement artistic visions and usage concepts within technical possibilities
- You bring high technical affinity and deep understanding of cutting-edge tools and modern 3D real-time rendering techniques
- You have the ambition to create optimized 3D data, textures and shaders
- You have a hand for efficiently remeshing 3D objects and LOD, both manually and using specialized solutions
- A good structure, sustainable care of the scenes and clean versioning of the data are just as important to you as clear agreements on formats and nomenclature

You have

- Enthusiasm and high motivation to participate in the development of premium vehicles of the next generation and to experience your work on the displays of these vehicles
- Completed studies in media or computer science or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in either Automotive HMI, Game Development or similar areas
- Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Blender, Autodesk Maya or 3D Studio Max, as well as with 2D tools such as Adobe Photoshop
- You have knowledge of 3D engines and editors (Unity3D, Unreal, Qt 3D, Kanzi, etc.) and experience with shader programming in GLSL, OpenGL ES
- You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Command of the written and spoken languages of both English (C1+) and German (C1+)
You might also have
- Experience with script languages such as Lua, Python, JavaScript
- Experience in agile projects, e.g. Scrum
- Experience in software development, development methods, design patterns, as well as with programming languages such as C, C++, Java
