We are looking for a versatile and communicative Account Manager in Berlin to support our international manufacturers.
You are interested in:
- a dynamic and flexible environment
- communicating with people
- advising international customers and ensuring their visibility
- the digital world and maybe also the architecture and design market
Your responsibilities:
- B2B support for approx. 180-200 manufacturers from the premium segment of the design industry on the Architonic and Archdaily website
- administration, organisation and coordination of the memberships
- support for multi-channel campaigns
- ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction
- advising and supporting the manufacturers in writing, by telephone and sometimes in a direct conversation at international trade fairs in English and German
- close cooperation and regular communication with other teams
Your skills:
- German mother tongue and a professional level of English (any other foreign language will be an advantage)
- strong communication skills both on the telephone and in writing
- A service-oriented approach and therefore the ability to support our manufacturers with competence and empathy
- readiness to work with content management systems
- a sure command of Mac and MS Office programmes
- the ability to work in a team and provide creative solutions
