Description: We are looking for an imaginative design expert who wants to bring out the best of our visual identity, generate great results and take our corporate presence to the next level! As a Marketing Designer you are the ingenious creator on our Marketing team that makes creative ideas come to live and puts great value on data driven decisions. With your appealing design ideas, you catch everyone’s attention and turn our audience into our Fans - and clients, of course.

What you'll be doing:

- You create on-brand visuals for our ads, landing pages, contents, and other stakeholder touchpoints
- You define effective online and offline communication campaigns in close collaboration with our teams
- You conceptualize ideas and adapt the format to suit each channel
- You design appealing illustrations to add that certain something to our corporate presence
- You support your design decisions by using data and automate your workflow to tackle complexity
- You advise the further development and enhancement of our corporate identity

What we expect:

- You gained 3+ years of experience as a Marketing, Graphic and/or Web Designer and you own practical knowledge on the creation of employer branding and sales material
- You are experienced in conceptualizing web design, creating landing pages and conducting A/B testing and ideally, you collected experience with B2B, SaaS or software market
- You have a creative mind that comes up with intriguing ideas and holds the capability of transforming messages into compelling visuals
- You offer a strong collaborative personality - this role will require you to partner with multiple teams
- You possess strong knowledge and experience with Figma, Photoshop Illustrator and other common design tools, and you can share an online portfolio that demonstrates your design talent
- You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
