- You work across all departments to find the best candidates for every position

- You define and implement recruiting processes and standards

Who we are looking for

- You are in a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business or Psychology
- You have gained first experience in Recruiting, HR, or Employer Branding through relevant internships or working student positions
- You know Microsoft Office as well as a good dose of common sense
- You are proficient in German and English
- You have a well-structured, proactive way of working and the drive and will to drive topics forward
- You are an absolute team player with strong communication skills
