Description: Your Responsibilites

- You develop your design strategy independently for the whole UX and user touchpoints
- You create a design library from scratch by using any tools of your choice
- You will be part of an agile, cross-functional team (product, design and development) by realizing the vision of the product with your creativity and ideas
- You build solid UX concepts with everything from defining customer needs and task analysis to creating storyboards, scenarios, user flows, and use cases
- You create Prototypes and test them with customers together
- You are responsible for our user research by conducting user feedback surveys

Your Profile

- You bring hands-on user research and UX design experience (4-5 years) and knowledge of how to develop and implement a design strategy and create and test prototypes
- You have sufficient knowledge in CSS, HTML
- You have startup experience - know how to work in an agile environment and complete cross-functional tasks
- You bring technical understanding, high creativity and a flair for UX design that helps you to implement the developed concepts as described
- You have a creative Mind and Work Ethic - and are you are full of ideas which you implement designs
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English, German is an advantage
