To help people find products they love, we need to create unique and inspiring content that guides users, build trust, and generates awareness. In recent years, we have not been present on social media channels with organic content. As part of our new strategy, we want to grow our social media channels into a place where our audience wants to share and engage.
YOUR CHALLENGES AND TASKS
You create and deliver our social media strategy across our 13 markets, coordinating projects, campaigns and creating content, with a major focus on Instagram and Pinterest. TikTok is a plus
You translate our messages and story into social media posts while having the big picture in mind
You plan and organize the social media content in a calendar to create transparency and visibility
You keep up to date with the latest feature releases on social channels and test and experiment with them
You launch more video formats and live streams across our channels
You grow the awareness for our platforms and drive engagement for our brand by using influencers and partnerships
YOU OFFER
Relevant experience in social media on the agency or corporate side and a record of executing social media strategies
High affinity for the e-commerce industry, a passion for fashion living and lifestyle is a plus
Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders (paid marketing, design, campaigns, sales, growth, content)
A business-oriented mindset to make sure our KPIs are aligned with our business goal. Measure and track continuously
Proactive, solution-driven, and team-oriented person
Native German language skills and very good English skills
