Your challenges and tasks

You help to build an environment in which agile ways of working can strive and teams can deliver business value effectively and efficiently

Furthermore, you act as a catalyst for positive change by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement

You promote, coordinate and facilitate agile practices and ensure they set the teams up for success

Together with the Agile team and other stakeholders, you drive and support the agile transformation of the company

Substantial experience in working with agile practices and guiding people combine both, office and remote
