fineartmultiple is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for maintaining our inventory of more than 7.000 artworks, updating the fineartmulitple website and liaison with our international gallery partners.
Profile and responsibilities:
• Website and inventory maitenance (Magento Webshop)
• Update and upload artworks to the fineartmultiple website
• Deal with inquiries, point of contact to customers, overseeing the purchasing process from invoicing to shipping and insurance, after sales services
• Establish and maintain active relationships with existing as well as potential gallery partners
Candidate Qualifications:
• Experience in an art gallery, auction house, online marketplace, or relevant E-Commerce business
• Sound knowledge of Post-War and Contemporary art
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in German and other languages, i.e. French and/or Italian is a plus
• Consultative, solutions-focused person, always putting the focus on customer needs
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign
• Experience in CRM and Magento is a plus
