Zur Unterstützung des temporären Ausstellungsfestival Musée de la Fraise, das vom 14. – 25. September 2022 parallel zur Berlin Art Week im Berliner Stadtraum stattfinden wird, suchen wir Praktikant:innen mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten für die Monate August & September 2022. Das Praktikum wird vergütet.
Das Praktikum bietet einen umfangreichen Einblick in die künstlerisch-kuratorische Arbeit, Produktion und Vermittlung eines Ausstellungsprojektes im Stadtraum mit all seinen spezifischen Anforderungen und Herausforderungen.
Wir freuen uns auf offene, motivierte Personen, die Lust daran haben, in einem dynamischen Team mit tollen Künstlerinnen daran zu arbeiten, Kunst in den öffentlichen Raum zu bringen.

Zwölf Künstlerinnen bilden das temporäre Musée de la Fraise, das sich während der Berlin Art Week wie ein Rhizom über Berlin verteilt und sich dafür die Stände des Karls Erdbeerhofes einverleibt, um sich Themen wie Sinnlichkeit, Begierde und Verlangen zu widmen.
Das MdlF definiert sich durch eine ganz eigenständige positive Radikalität! In einem Akt des Un-Learning wird das Ziel einer Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung eines weiblichen Blicks auf Kunst und Konsum verfolgt. Die Teilnehmerinnen spiegeln in ihrer unnachgiebigen Beharrlichkeit und entschiedenen sozio-politischen Setzungen eine radikale Haltung, die eine positive gesellschaftliche Strahlkraft erzeugt. Ihre Themenfelder sind brisant, reichen von der anhaltenden Gender-Ungerechtigkeit über die sozio-ökologischen Folgen der Klimakrise zum fortschreitenden globalen Turbokapitalismus.
Das MdlF existiert und entsteht im Stadtraum und funktioniert als Netzwerk sowie als singuläre Entitäten, als einzelne Stimmen sowie als Kanon zu einem dringlichen Appell aktiv gelebter Community und sozio-ökologischer Verantwortung.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören:
- Öffentlichkeits- und Pressearbeit
- Grafische Gestaltung der Social Media Inhalte basierend auf der CI des Musée de la Fraise
- Künstlerinnenbetreuung
- Organisation und Koordination des Teams an Guards der einzelnen Erdbeeren
- Zuarbeit bei künstlerischer und infrastruktureller Produktion
- Dokumentation und Pflege der Webpage
Das Anforderungsprofil:
- Ausbildung/ Studium in einem grafisch-gestalterischen oder künstlerischem Studium
- Gute Kenntnisse und Umgang mit Social Media (instagram, facebook etc.)
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Offenes, kommunikatives Auftreten
Erwartet werden:
- Versierter Umgang mit Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign u.a.), SketchUp (optional) und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Möglichkeit und Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung
- Verantwortungsvolles und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
- Verlässlichkeit bzgl. der anvertrauten Räume und Aufgaben
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und/oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Call for interns at Musée de la Fraise, Berlin

To support the temporary exhibition project Musée de la Fraise, which will take place from September 14th to 25th, 2022 parallel to Berlin Art Week, we are looking for interns with flexible working hours for the months of August and September 2022. The internship will be remunerated.
The internship offers a comprehensive insight into the artistic-curatorial work, production and mediation of an exhibition project in public space with all its specific requirements and challenges.
We look forward to open, motivated people who would like to work in a dynamic team with great artists to bring art into public space.

Twelve mature artists form the temporary Musée de la Fraise, which spreads like a rhizome across Berlin during Berlin Art Week and incorporates the iconic stands of Karls Erdbeerhof to devote itself to topics such as sensuality, desire and lust.
The MdlF is defined by a completely independent positive radicalism! In an act of un-learning, the goal of establishing and further developing a female view of art and consumption is pursued. With their unyielding perseverance and decisive socio-political positions, the participants reflect a radical attitude that creates a positive social impact. Her topics are explosive, ranging from ongoing gender injustice to the socio-ecological consequences of the climate crisis to progressive global turbo-capitalism.
The selection of the artists is deliberately matriarchal, trusting that matriarchal knowledge holds the potential for a fresh questioning of sensuality and socially relevant issues. The MdlF is based on a democratic understanding of cultural participation across socio-economic and ethno-centric demarcation lines. Social discourse must not be elitist and preached from the ivory tower, but requires active forms of reception and equal production processes. In addition to local activations through performances, readings and workshops, digital mediation formats are being developed in a targeted manner. The maxim is a conscious, responsible use of resources.
The MdlF exists and emerges in urban space and functions as a network as well as singular entities, as individual voices and as a canon to an urgent appeal to actively lived community and socio-ecological responsibility.
Tasks include:
- Public relations and press works
- Graphic design of the social media content based on the CI of the Musée de la Fraise
- Artist Liaison
- Organizing and coordinating the team of guards
- Working with the team on the artistic production and building the necessary infrastructure
- Documentation and maintenance of the MdlF webpage
Your profile:
- Education/ Study on graphic design / art / communications
- Excellent knowledge of social media (instagram, facebook etc.)
- Good skills working with Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign o.a.) and Office-Tools
- Capacity for flexible working hours
- Responsible with the tasks trusted
- German on B2 Level and/or excellent English skills in speaking and writing
